Well, sounds as if you've tried almost everything else there is!    The Senko is definately a versatile bait.  My primary confidence baits are plastics, so I can make a few suggestions there.  I'm not sure how you've fished the tubes to which you referred, but keep in mind you can adapt them to what the fish want.  Weighted or unweighted, you can basically fish them in/through any area of the water column.  As with Senkos, quite often the key to a plastic pattern is to s-l-o-w down.
I see you've visted French Creek.  Next time you visit, look in their "discount/clearance" aisle, and you'll find several packages of photo-realistic flukes (labeled as "fingerlings").  Try these tex-posed on a wide-gapped hook without any other weight.  They can be fished everywhere from twitching across the surface, through the upper levels as a jerkbait, or with a small split shot about 6-8 inches above the bait as a lower-level bait as well.  Good luck!!
